Wrong reading? Tell us the instrument, the string, what the tuner showed, and your device + browser. "Low E reads E♭ on a Galaxy S23 in Chrome" gets fixed; "it's wrong" gets a sympathetic shrug.
No reading at all? Open the device report inside the tuner first — if noise suppression shows ON, your phone is eating sustained notes, and that panel explains the workaround.
Missing your instrument or tuning? Say which and how it's strung. Adding a tuning takes minutes; knowing people want it is the hard part.
Hear your audio (it never reaches us — see privacy), or make new strings stop stretching. Nobody can do that second one.
